Where do you park in Zaeltsovsky park? Zayeltsovsky Park. Parks of Novosibirsk. Outdoor recreation

In the north-west of Novosibirsk there is a unique forest area - Zaeltsovsky Bor. Relic pines, sunny glades, air filled with coniferous aromas - a place, as if by nature itself, intended for a person to relax in silence, far from noise and din, enjoying the beauty of the Siberian land. And if in summer the eyes rejoice in the riot of greenery, then in the cold season, after a snowfall, this corner resembles a real winter fairy tale.

Part of this pine forest, or rather, its southern end, when our city was just beginning to develop rapidly, it was decided to turn it into a city park. The decree on allotting a huge forest area for a park was adopted in the fall of 1930. Soon, in the spring of 1931, work began on the improvement of the territory. And already on June 1, 1932, a new city recreation site was opened, which was named Zaeltsovsky Park.

Today it is not only one of the oldest parks in Novosibirsk. It is also the largest in the city. The area occupied by it has already exceeded 35 hectares. However, although the boundaries of the park officially exist, of course, it is not just located next to Zaeltsovsky Bor, but is a part of it, and the visitor, walking along the winding paths, and not along the alleys, must be reasonably careful not to inadvertently delve into the very real forest.

Since the territory of Zaeltsovsky Park is simply huge, and even without leaving it, it is difficult to navigate, especially for the convenience of visitors at its entrance and in several other places on special stands there is a map of the park showing alleys, paths and the most interesting objects.

And if someone is tired of the city roar or smog, misses the nature, wants to temporarily escape from the stuffiness of the metropolis and just walk among the pine trees, then it is not at all necessary to go somewhere far away. Our city is unique. What other large industrial center can boast of the fact that not just inside it, but also very close to the center, there is a huge natural forest area in which you can even get lost.

It took a while for Zaeltsovsky Park to become what it is now. Yes, and with its basic concept there was quite a lot of controversy: some believed that it should be adapted for sports and the main structure should be a stadium, others saw it as a modern exhibition center. The idea of an exhibition center in the Zaeltsovsky Park was not developed, but anyone can go in for sports. There are treadmills and winter ones ski slopes, various sports grounds, bicycle rentals and sports. inventory.

For children there is just expanse. You can run to your heart's content, and not only along the paths, but wherever you please, ride bicycles, velomobiles, scooters and roller skates. There is a wonderful playground for children with various attractions and funny name"Zayeltsosha".

Rope park "Weak ?!"

Several years ago, a rope park "Slabo" with children's trails was opened right on the territory. Now children can also climb trees, while not forcing their parents to freeze in fear for their child, because experienced instructors will take care of his safety.

However, "Weak" has already managed to fall in love with not only children. Adults are also happy to take part in this extreme entertainment. Of course, the tracks for them are both more interesting and more difficult, and are located much higher.

Museum under open air"Ethnic settlement"

A walk in the park can be combined with a visit to an unusual open-air museum. This museum is called "Ethnic Settlement", the entrance to it is free. It is still small, only a few tents, but it gives an idea of the life of the peoples of Siberia. Those who wish can shoot from a real crossbow or leave a hatchet in an open shooting range, however, this is already for a fee. The tea yurt will offer tea prepared according to the recipes of the village.

Novosibirsk Children's Railway

Here, in Zaeltsovsky Park, the Children's Railway begins. In the summertime, trains run along it, which can take you directly to the zoo.

Alley of enterprises

The avenue of enterprises is very beautiful and well-groomed. Each enterprise in the city, one way or another connected with the West Siberian Railway, has been allocated a small section and given the opportunity to equip it to its own taste. Beautiful gazebos, small ponds, bridges across them, models of steam locomotives give this part of the park a special flavor. Here, railway workers often celebrate their holidays. The zone is not closed, and everyone can take a walk along the alley, sit in any gazebo.

There are very few sculptures in Zayeltsovsky Park, just a few. And for some reason they are concentrated in one place - the central part of the avenue of enterprises. But they are all quite interesting: a huge hourglass, a metal globe, also a metal tree.

The graceful bridge looks beautiful, on which the lovers have already managed to hang the locks.

An owl sits next to the birches and looks sternly at everyone. Amusing bear and hare are located not far from it.

There are no sculptures in other parts of the park. But there is no shortage of benches. After a long walk, you don't have to look for a place to sit down and rest your tired legs.

Picnic in nature

Active rest, sports, walks in silence and unity with nature - this is often what attracts people to the park. But many people like to relax in nature with their warm company. Especially for them, there are many large and small picnic pavilions in the park. Renting is quite inexpensive - you have to pay only 300 rubles to use the gazebo. in hour. Each gazebo has a barbecue. It is strictly forbidden to make fires in the park itself. But by renting a gazebo, you can pamper yourself with your own cooked kebabs.

Car cinema

Another "feature" of Zaeltsovsky Park is the auto cinema. Just like in America: drove a car to the site in front of a large screen and watch a movie right from the car. Since the cinema is located directly in the open air, it works only at night and only in summer.

For thrill-seekers there is a paintball club "Logovo" in the park. And with him is a bathhouse, where you can wash off the "war paint" after a gambling battle.

The Ob bank next to the boron is occupied by a beach. True, this is already an independent object and the entrance to it is paid.

Not every city park can boast of such an abundance and variety of entertainment for both children and adults as Zaeltsovsky. Periodically, it still holds various entertainment programs, concerts, folk festivals and festivals are organized.

The park operates all year round and round the clock. The entrance is free.

The Zaeltsovsky Park of Culture and Leisure is located on the territory of a unique forest area - Zaeltsovsky pine forest. This park is the largest on the territory of the city of Novosibirsk, and is rightfully a favorite place for recreation of the townspeople. The territory of the park currently includes more than 35 hectares of forest plantations and cozy meadows.

2. The beginning of the pine forest

The history of Zaeltsovsky Park is inextricably linked with the main milestones in the development and formation of the Zaeltsovsky District.

In 1871, the survey party of the engineer Garin-Mikhailovsky outlined the line of the bridge across the Ob River in the area of the First and Second Yeltsovoks. Subsequently, this direction was rejected due to the forthcoming large land works. Places in the area of the First and Second Yeltsovki turned out to be attractive for the location of processing industrial enterprises there. One of them is the city's slaughterhouse, built in 1905 and generating a large, sustainable income for the city. The first streets of single-storey houses in the future Zayeltsovsky district appeared near the enterprises under construction: a military rusk factory, a meat refrigerator, tanneries. All this significantly influenced the promising construction in the area.

3.

In 1925, under the chairmanship of the city engineer Rodyukov, a commission was created to prepare the initial data for the redevelopment of Novonikolaevsk. In November 1925, I. I. Zagrivko submitted for consideration to the All-Russian Association of Engineers (VAI) a draft design of the city's layout, which was discussed at a meeting of the association's branch in Novonikolaevsk.

In the plan of I. I. Zagrivko, a number of solutions were proposed, which were preserved in subsequent plans for the reconstruction of the city. The Ob River became the most important landscape element in the panoramas of the city's development and contributed to the improvement of the climate. Particular emphasis was placed on the preservation of the forest park area in the north-west of the city (Zaeltsovsky forest park).

4. View of the Ob.

With the transformation of Novonikolaevsk into Novosibirsk (02/12/1926), the appearance of the city gradually changed. The "capital of new Siberia" had ambitious plans. Especially great attention was paid to the greening of the city. Squares, boulevards, parks, as conceived by the architects, were supposed to decorate Novosibirsk, turning it into a "garden city". At that time, there was not a lot of greenery in the city: only the gardens "Sosnovka", "Svoboda", "Alhambra", Turukhanovskaya and Starokladbischenskaya groves. But behind Yeltsovka there was a good forest. It was decided to adapt it for the rest of the public by organizing Zaeltsovsky country park (Resolution of the Executive Committee of the Novosibirsk City Council of People's Deputies No. 131 of 18.10.1930). In the forest, they wanted to build summer cottages, rest houses, a summer theater, sports grounds, baths.

There were several options for the layout of the new park. Some proposed to build a stadium here, others - the Siberian Exhibition Center, the third - a water station and a water stadium. Plus day out houses and kiosks. Interesting ideas of those years include the idea of setting up a zoo or ethnopark. They wanted to send future employees to study in Moscow - to use the experience of Moscow parks. On September 19, 1930, an agreement was signed with the Moscow branch of the All-Union Scientific and Architectural Society to organize an All-Union open competition for the design of the park.

However, work on the improvement of the Zayeltsovsky Park began only in the spring of 1931. The park was opened on June 1, 1932.

Gradually, asphalt paths were laid on the territory of the park, attractions, summer stages were installed, and a children's playground was equipped. Over time, the adjacent coastal zone was ennobled, making the Ob bank a natural continuation of the zone cultural recreation townspeople.

7. The sun is almost down

Decades later, only one of the first grandiose projects was carried out - the organization of the zoo. Later, a unique Children's Railway was built, which includes 3 stations (Zayeltsovsky Park, Sportivnaya, Zoo) and 2 sidings (Lokomotiv, Yeltsovsky). The ChRW train departed for its maiden voyage on 04.06.2005.

10. The views towards the city are a dull mess of houses, so I hardly photographed them.

13. Good views from the window of this house :)

14. Stop r. Yeltsovka

There are many beautiful parks and squares in Novosibirsk. But Zaeltsovsky Park is called the "green pearl" of the city. It is famous not only for its stunning nature, but also for a variety of entertainment for every taste. Here you can watch a movie without leaving your car, climb the ropes at a height of 8 meters and taste tea made according to an ancient Siberian recipe.

The address of Zaeltsovsky Park: Parkovaya Street, 88. You can get there from Kalinin Square. Ten minutes for public transport to the stop "PKiO" Zayeltsovsky ".

Zaeltsovsky is one of the oldest parks in Novosibirsk. It is called, and for good reason, the "green pearl" of the city. I have been to this park several times, but, one might say, "passing through" and did not climb into the jungle. And I have long wanted to get out here on a weekend to wander around the vast territory without haste and inspect the entire park. Several times grandiose plans were thwarted by the vagaries of the weather. But, as soon as the real summer finally came to us, I managed to carry out my plan.

This park is more than 80 years old. When Novonikolaevsk turned into Novosibirsk, the appearance of the city began to change, and special attention was paid to landscaping. They planned to make Novosibirsk a "garden city", but at that time there was not much greenery on its territory.

Behind Yeltsovka there was a successful forest, which was adapted for the rest of the townspeople. Zaeltsovsky was opened on the first day of the summer of 1932.

Today Zaeltsovsky Park is, first of all, perfect place for outdoor recreation. The main "trick" is the opportunity to wander along the winding paths and breathe in fresh air for a week in advance. It seems to be a little, but after dozens of days in the city smog, you understand how much this is missing.

Museum "Ethnic settlement"

If you do not give in to the temptation to turn onto one of the paths, find a clearing and stretch out on the grass, and walk forward along the alley of Zaeltsovsky Park, you will very soon see the sign “Ethnoposetlnenie”.

This is one of the attractions of the park - a very distinctive institution, an open air museum dedicated to the life of the indigenous peoples of Siberia. Here you can see how people lived, roamed, hunted people who settled on Siberian land a long time ago, touch a wooden idol - a copy of those who were once worshiped. Lovers active rest can shoot a bow or mark axes in the shooting range. There are also two very cozy yurts serving special tea according to ancient Siberian recipes. Just take a note. I understand that in summer tea in a yurt is not a rest, but a test.

I had been in an ethnic settlement before, and this place simply fascinated me with its originality. If you perceive it only as a museum, then this is perhaps the most unusual museum in Novosibirsk.

Outdoor recreation has always been associated with sports. And in Zaeltsovsky Park there are opportunities for sports entertainment a lot! I met almost more people on bicycles than pedestrians. Bicycles (as well as velomobiles, rollers, scooters) can be rented. Paid - and go along the forest route. Moreover, there are special asphalt alleys for cycling in the park. In theory, pedestrians are not supposed to walk on them, but this does not stop everyone.

Of course, there are many outdoor enthusiasts, but several times less than those who go out into nature to relax, sit in the shade and, of course, cook barbecue! If you are attracted by just such leisure, go to Zaeltsovsky Park - you will definitely not go wrong.

A green area stretches along the alley, simply packed with large and small gazebos with barbecues. Renting one such gazebo will cost about 300 rubles per hour. So there will be buffets in nature! They are already being practiced with might and main. While walking in the park, I noticed that empty gazebos are rare.

However, those wishing to sit at a "civilized" meal will also not be offended by the park. There is no desire to tinker with meat on the grill - you can go for a bite to eat at one of the local establishments. In Zaeltsovsky Park there is a restaurant and a cafe with oriental cuisine called "Pine Polyana" and small summer houses.

Most of these establishments are concentrated in the central square of the park, which you can get to if you walk a little forward from the ethnic settlement. In addition to eateries, there is the park administration building, as well as children's slides, a stage, a small court and attractions. By the way, Zaeltsovsky is the only park where I did not observe the excitement around attractions, they were generally empty. Because, probably, there are more interesting entertainment, which I will talk about later.

A great thing is the map of the park, which is located in the central square. When you walk here, it seems that everything is easy and simple, but wandering further and further, you understand how vast the territory is. Try to find the same ethnic settlement if you are here for the first time. So the card definitely benefits people.

Car cinema

A little further on, there is another "highlight" of Zaeltsovsky Park - a car cinema. Just a godsend for those who are tired of the usual trips to the cinema. Connoisseurs of cinema come here and watch films on a huge screen without leaving own cars... Add popcorn and you get an American movie picture.

The entertainment, of course, is exclusively nighttime: you cannot see anything on the screen in the sunlight. The first session starts at 23:00. Another unusual "trick": the film for viewing is chosen by voting. You can also miscalculate: if you want, for example, to watch a horror movie, but they will choose some kind of romantic comedy. Although it seems to me that people come here not even for the films themselves, but for a special atmosphere. I will definitely include in my plans a night visit to this movie. It remains only to get a car

Opposite the auto cinema there is a rental of small-sized vehicles - bicycles and others like them. Food points are located right there.

Rope park "Weak ?!"

All in all, a car cinema is great fun. But if you want something completely extraordinary, nothing prevents you from becoming a guest of the rope park "Weak ?!" This is the most popular entertainment in Zayeltsovsky Park.

"Weak ?!" literally hangs above the ground: it is located at a height of eight meters. Here you can climb the stairs and go through the obstacle course. Unless, of course, it's not weak. There are two separate tracks: adult and children's. You will be instructed before the ascent. The only thing worth remembering when going to visit this park with friends is that if there are more than 10 people of you, you need to inform about the visit in advance.

Toy railway

The park alley led to another local attraction. She, the alley, leads away from the rope park and turns to the right. After a while, I found myself at a fork. If you turn right, you can contemplate ... Train Station... Not in the full sense of the word, but still. From here there are trains that run on the children's railway.

This road is a very unusual project, it pursues several goals at once. First, the road connects two recreation areas - Zaeltsovsky Park and the Zoo. Secondly, the ChRW is an opportunity to organize summer leisure activities for children. Moreover, useful leisure time: here schoolchildren can prepare for work if they want to build a career on the railroad in the future. How it works? Just. On the children's railway, the workers are children. Of course, they perform their duties under the strict supervision of senior mentors.

On the outskirts of Zaeltsovsky Park, a railway track stretches 2.63 kilometers long.

If you do not turn off to the children's railway, but instead go to the left, you will come to the building of the Lokomotiv sports base, which is buried in greenery. Further down there is a descent to the beach. The entrance is paid, a visit to the beach costs 100 rubles, you have to pay separately for towels and other accessories for relaxing on the sand. I scrabbled on the bottom of the barrel and realized that this time visiting the beach would not be good for me. Therefore, I continued to get acquainted with the delights of Zayeltsovsky Park.

Walking forward, I found myself in a long alley. This alley is divided into small sections, separate sections. Next to each section hangs the name of some enterprise, mostly railway. Here the workers of the enterprises celebrate the holidays, first of all, of course, the Day of the Railroad Worker.

Everyone decorated the allotted area to their taste. In one section I saw a scene with views of Novosibirsk, the gates of the other are made in the form of a "nose" of a steam locomotive, in the third section there is a tree hung with ribbons. But one "decorative element" struck me. On a metal grid, there are notices about missing children with photographs, as well as simply gloomy and eerie pictures. Even if you do not take into account the latter, the decoration is still dubious. Of course, posting such announcements is a commendable business, but nevertheless they look gloomy in a cheerful and joyful park.

And one of the railroad workers set up a metal traffic light on their site. Or, perhaps, a semaphore - it is clearly more "in the subject" here. Is there a monument to the first traffic light in Novosibirsk, don't you need to offend semaphores too?

Speaking of monuments. Around the middle of the alley there is a whole family of forged metal sculptures. There is a small bridge, which has already been hung with many "love" locks with names, an hourglass, a globe. A metal tree pulls its leaves up to the sky, a steam locomotive “puffs” nearby.

I really liked these sculptures, although I pondered for a long time why they were put together. It would be wiser to arrange this beauty throughout the park.

Having finished inspecting the alley, I decided to turn left, go under the bridge over which cyclists ride and go around the park on the other side. So, never repeat my mistakes! It turned out that the road on which I got out, terrible and broken, does not lead to the territory of the park at all! But I didn't know that.

I found out when thoroughly tired legs brought me to the territory of a children's country camp. There they kindly suggested to me that now I need to go back! And a long way has already been done. I had to force myself to get at least some pleasure from walking through the woods. There is nothing to do anyway, just go and admire the landscapes and rails of the children's railway. The nature here is really wonderful, but after a long journey in the wrong direction, civilization seems even more beautiful.

Zaeltsovsky Park is open around the clock. Of course, late in the evening you will no longer rent a bike and are unlikely to ride on the children's railroad, but you can just walk in the park or visit the car cinema.

Park's website: parksib.ru, Vkontakte group.

On weekends, when the weather is great outside, the best place for recreation are the parks of Novosibirsk, where you can have a good time in the bosom of nature, including the largest of them - Zaeltsovsky, which is one of the favorite places not only for a picnic, but also for wedding photo sessions. There are a lot of beautiful corners here that are perfect for taking original and memorable photos.

Zayeltsovsky Bor is a unique forest area of the city with its stunning emerald expanses, untouched by civilization, receives up to 80 percent of the city's residents on weekends. Its area is thirty-five hectares of plantations with picturesque meadows, bizarre paths, secluded places, relict pines.

And although Zaeltsovsky Park is considered a suburban park, you can get to it by car from the city center in just five minutes. There is a very large free car park at the entrance.

The territory works starting with a very beautiful station, which the newlyweds often use as a decoration for a photo shoot. Here, in the summer months, a bicycle and roller skate rental service is open.

In general, Zaeltsovsky Park offers a lot of entertainment: a cinema, where films are watched in a car, and horseback riding.

The entire territory is segmented into zones, differing in their design, but united by one railway theme. This idea begins to be traced already from the design of the central entrance. Zaeltsovsky Park is literally dotted with stylized elements of railway tracks, road barriers, bridge spans, steam locomotives - samples of the war period, expositions from parts of earlier times. Trains and locomotives in various designs are distinctive feature parka. Forged sculptures, which perfectly convey the theme of the railway, also attract attention.

The huge number of gazebos and areas that the Saltsovsky Park offers for relaxation make it possible to choose a corner for intimate conversation or organize some kind of event on a real stage.

For lovers of active pastime there are rope trails, paintball, mini-golf and roller-skating grounds, and various attractions. In winter, those who are not afraid of frost come to Zaeltsovsky Park to go ice skating and skiing.

The history of this holiday destination is inextricably linked with the history of the city itself. Since 1926, when Novonikolaevsk was renamed Novosibirsk, the appearance began to gradually change. Particular attention was paid to the issue of greening the city. There was even an idea to turn it into a garden city.

However, there were not very many greenery in Novosibirsk at that time: only a few gardens and groves - Trukhanovskaya, Svoboda, Starokkladbischenskaya, Sosnovka and Alhambra. But behind the Yeltsovsky district there was an excellent forest, which in 1930 it was decided to turn into a resting place for the townspeople. This is how Zaeltsovsky Park appeared. Initially, it was supposed to build one-day holiday cottages, a water stadium, an exhibition center, etc. Even a competition was announced for the planning of the territory.

The park was opened in June 1932, and three decades later, two truly ambitious projects were launched here - a children's railway and a zoo.
