All about tuning cars

Where can I get clean water. The healing power of water. Holy springs and springs of the urban district of Domodedovo, where you can take clean spring water or bathe in the cool water of the font ...

The fact that after the rains the springs in Moscow have become better, thicker and healthier - a familiar beautician Nadka told me. She looks like an educated woman, but she believes in the healing power of gotino sticks, face fitness and Moscow springs.

The jet has become so powerful, it's a sight for sore eyes, - the cosmetologist testified, - it helps a lot from acne, I recommend it.

And she giggled stupidly.

Nadya lives near the Bitsevsky forest and uses a local spring. But I decided to check Nagy's statement with the help of the laboratory of Moscow State University and by comparing it with other life-giving sources. While comparing, I realized that the spring is not only a place for collecting water, but also a center of cultural attraction for Muscovites.

Pokrovskoe-Steshnevo

The Swan Princess decided to start the spring bypass from the famous spring in Pokrovsky Streshnevo. The spring is famous for the purest reputation and the fact that Elizaveta Petrovna (who is the Empress) was healed of varicose veins.

Everything is scientifically based. No mysticism. It flows from the hill and the water there is naturally purified, - said Olympiada Petrovna, a parishioner of the spring with forty years of experience.

The source was pleasantly surprised by the level of domestication. No dirt or debris. Greenery, benches, tame animals. A true branch of paradise. Water flows from several pipes located at different distances from each other, but people line up at one, the rightmost one. From it, according to the locals, the least amount of sand comes out. Standing in line, people feed the animals and witness miracles.

The man said that he was already 38 years old, but nothing hurts him, because he drinks this water every day. Two elderly friends said that they, in turn, were told by a biology teacher that this water can be stored for ten years and it is still as fresh.

The woman said that she was scratched by a cat right here and here "so I put my hand under the stream - it scarred right in front of my eyes, there was no trace left."

Olympiada Ivanna goes to the spring to treat varicose veins. "I, like Elizaveta Petrovna, put my feet in and recover from trophic ulcers."

A young couple walks to the spring for children. A dear granny in a motley one said that she came to the spring not for water, but to communicate with wildlife. She has walnuts for a squirrel in her purse, seeds for titmouses and - attention - bread for rats. The grandmother feeds all the pets from her hand. Cheerful pensioner Gennady Archelkov said that spring water saved him from loneliness and immediately offered me his hand and heart.

Bitsevsky park

In Bitsevsky Park in the morning a line of people with bags on wheels. True, eyewitnesses say that before the queue was larger, because the jet flowed thinner and gained more slowly. There are no tame squirrels, but there are many shy hairless ones.

Naked people douche themselves with water and dive into a muddy pond opposite the spring. They say that this is not dirt, but silver. It's helpful. Spectators are going to enjoy the spectacle. For convenience, benches are installed.

The grandfather in glasses persuaded to join the divers. "There is nothing shameful in a naked body, take off your clothes. I still can't see well."

Fought back with a bottle.

The fontanel itself is located in a cute hut with hooks nailed inside so that you can hang bags.

Here is very good water, my kidneys can only withstand it, - said Lirina Uspenskaya, a young woman with blue eyes, leading an active lifestyle. According to Lirina, the water from the spring is alive, because it did not travel through twisted pipes. “Be sure to drink if you want to cleanse your body or, for example, make your eyes brighter. The blacker the eyes, the more sins you have on you, ”Lirina said mysteriously and disappeared into the bushes.

Source in Peredelkino

The source in Peredelkino received very little journalistic attention. And in vain. A spring in a secluded forest near Pasternak's house must surely be useful, healing and awakening writing talents. And not only I decided that. As the staff of the Pasternak house-museum testified, almost all the inhabitants of the writers' village shop at the source, and the most cunning people come from Moscow on purpose.

The view of the spring, I must say, is not very presentable and obviously loses in terms of the surroundings to other Moscow sources. Galvanized fence, not too tidy area, but there is a blue cup, carefully planted on a twig.

Every now and then women writers descended the steps to the life-giving moisture and praised the water. Like, there is no scale, and the hair from washing is obedient and silky, and the water itself is tasty, useful and charged with something very blissful.

Yielding to persuasion, I drank some water from a blue glass and was convinced of its miraculous effect. There was a desire to run to Moscow ahead of the train from Peredelkino.

Looking ahead, I note that water analyzes have confirmed my tasting conclusions.

Spring Cold in Konkovo

A popular source of free water not far from the nursing home was surrounded by benches with retired male retirees and, for some reason, topless. Pensioners willingly said that either Ivan the Terrible dug the spring himself, or he hammered it after Sergius of Radonezh hit it with his staff. But what the attendees were sure of was that the resultant cures migraines and has a positive effect on the kidneys. A dressed local resident said that she came to the spring to rest, but did not drink water, but only water the flowers. From the local water, cacti bloom often and in different colors.

The historian Mikhail Korobko, who lives nearby, said that the fans of the spring are all lying and the source existed long before Ivan the Terrible, since the graves of the Vyatichi were preserved in the forest, who, apparently, drank from this source before they died.

Most of all, I was struck by the fact that the spring was chosen not only by pensioners, but also by cyclists with dogs. While the dog raised its paw, the cyclist was filling a bottle of water. To admit, when I tried to drink the water, it seemed that she was smelling. But she chalked it up to hallucinations.

Long-awaited analyzes

Everything that was collected in plastic bottles was personally and on the same day was taken for analysis to the laboratory of Moscow State University. Entrance through the folk trail through a hole in the fence. To save money, I ordered the most simple basic analyzes. But the result was shocking. Moscow State University experts have declared authoritatively that writers are in danger. The worst water from the harvest I have collected was recorded in Peredelkino. It turned out to be not only tough, but also abundant in nitrates.

In the championship, the source of Ivan the Terrible in Konkovo competes with Peredelkinskaya for the title of the worst water. Experts have confirmed that the water stinks and is hard as well. So kidneys from such a source are not something that cannot be cured, but stones can be acquired. Well, household appliances are also not iron.

The water in Bitsevsky Park also turned out to be odorless and did not pass in terms of pH. It turned out to be lower than it should be. Not critical6 of course, but considering that for the analysis we have chosen the most minimal set of indicators, what else is there - God only knows. In general, the experts from Moscow State University said in unison "do not drink this water." And if you really want to - boil and filter.

As for the water from the Pokrovskoye-Streshnevo spring, here the experts were pleasantly surprised and, being surprised, even made an extended examination. The result showed that the water is beautiful, has no odor, is minimal in nitrate content and competes in quality with the popular water from a plastic bottle, which I bought for a heap and also passed it for analysis.

Epiphany water, which is brought into the house on the Eve of Epiphany and on Epiphany, is considered special. It does not deteriorate for several years, retaining its structure. This water is treated and sprinkled on the dwelling. Epiphany water also helps in many other cases. Baptism in 2019 will be coming soon, on the night of January 18-19. Let's find out in more detail what needs to be done for Epiphany, where and how to get water and how much you can store it. And this night.

The history of Epiphany water

Baptism is celebrated by Orthodox Christians on January 19 and is considered one of the great church holidays established in memory of the day when Jesus Christ came to the Jordan River to John the Baptist to be baptized by him. A special feature of the holiday is two great blessings of water. One takes place on Christmas Eve (the evening before Epiphany) in the church.

Another is held on the day of the holiday in the open air, if possible - at a water source (river, lake, spring, spring). Moreover, if the water is frozen, an ice-hole is hollowed out in it in advance. According to the church charter, this rite is accompanied by the reading of prayers and the three-fold immersion of the cross in the consecrated water, after which it is endowed with special healing power. The word "baptize" or "baptize" from the Greek "baptizo" means "to immerse."

This great Christian holiday has a double name, the Baptism of the Lord is also called the Epiphany. Because at the Baptism of the Lord, the main event was the appearance of the Most Holy Trinity. God the Father testifies from heaven: "This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased."

God the Son is baptized by His human nature; The Holy Spirit descends upon Him in the form of a dove. This confirms faith in the Divine Trinity and faith in the Deity of Jesus Christ.

Epiphany eve - traditions and rituals

So, in the villages before Epiphany, old women and girls collected snow from haystacks.
Old ladies - in order to bleach the canvas, it was believed that only this snow could make it snow-white.

And girls - in order to whiten their skin and become more beautiful. They believed that having washed her face with this snow, the girl becomes very attractive. In addition, Epiphany snow, according to legend, could keep water even in arid wells for the whole year.

The snow collected on the Epiphany evening was considered healing, various ailments were treated with it.

They put a bowl of water on the table to see the Baptism of the Lord. At the same time, they said: “at night the water will sway by itself” - this was a sign. If at midnight the water in the bowl really swayed, they ran to look at the "open skies" - what open skies pray, it will come true.

Until the 5th century, it was customary to remember the birth and baptism of the Son of God on the same day - January 6th and this holiday was called Theophany - Theophany, which spoke of the incarnation of Christ into the world and the appearance of the Trinity in the waters of Jordan. The feast of the Nativity of Christ was postponed to December 25 (according to the Julian calendar, or the old style) was already later, in the 5th century.

This was the beginning of a new ecclesiastical phenomenon - Christmastide, ending with an evening party, or the Christmas Eve of the feast of Epiphany.

The word eve means the eve of a church celebration, and the second name - Christmas Eve (or nomad) is associated with the tradition on this day to cook wheat broth with honey and raisins - soothing.

Epiphany Christmas Eve is a preparation evening before the big Orthodox holiday called Epiphany Epiphany. This festival Orthodox Church, belongs to the twenties. On this day, the baptism of Jesus Christ by John the Baptist (Baptist) in the Jordan River is remembered.

In view of the importance of the event that took place on the coming day in the life of Jesus Christ, the Church established fasting. It is from here that the tradition of brewing sochivo came, which is not mandatory, but is so convenient that it has become a tradition everywhere.

Of course, in our days, not everyone has such an opportunity, but fasting is still necessary: "We will be nourished by God's Grace, we will be free of covetousness," the Typikon tells us. Covetousness means everything that is eaten beyond need, and let everyone's conscience be the measure here.

Believers determine the measure of fasting individually, according to the strength and blessing of the confessor. On this day, as on Christmas Eve, they do not eat food until the candle is taken out after the Liturgy in the morning and the first communion of Epiphany water.

The properties of baptismal water and how to drink it

She eats it on an empty stomach, spoonfully, little by little. The man got up, crossed himself, asked for the blessing of the Lord for the day that had begun, washed, prayed and accepted the great hagiasma. If a fasting medication is prescribed, then first take holy water, followed by the medicine.

And then breakfast and other things. Ascetics of Christian piety call consecrated water the best medicine for all spiritual and bodily ailments. Often, confessors "prescribe" Epiphany water to their children who are ill - every hour a spoonful, with faith, of course, and without faith, drink at least half a canister. You can wash the patient with it, and sprinkle the bed with it. True, women on critical days are not blessed to receive baptismal water.

But this is if the woman is otherwise healthy. And if she is sick, then even this circumstance does not matter. Let the Epiphany water help her!

There is a pious tradition to sprinkle Epiphany water on your dwelling on this day with the singing of the troparion of the Epiphany. Baptismal water is consumed all year on an empty stomach in small quantities, usually together with a piece of prosphora "so that we might receive from God the strength that strengthens health, heals diseases, drives away demons and repels all hostility."

At the same time, a prayer is read:

“O Lord my God, may Thy holy gift and Thy holy water be for the remission of my sins, for the enlightenment of my mind, for the strengthening of my soul and body, for the health of my soul and body, for the conquest of my passions and infirmities through Thy infinite mercy. Thy Most Pure Mother and all Thy saints. Amen".

In case of ailments or attacks of evil forces, you can and should drink water without hesitation, at any time.

Do I need to add baptismal water to the bath in which babies are bathed so that they do not get sick

This is also one of the superstitions. Everyone can get sick. And the great saints suffered from physical illnesses. For example, the Monk Seraphim of Sarov could not straighten his back due to the injury he had received. He was attacked by robbers and severely beaten.

Saint Matrona of Moscow was blind from birth to the end of her days. No one forbids giving holy baptismal water to babies (it is still better to drink holy water), including during illness. But once again it is necessary to remind that the use of a shrine is not a mechanism, but an action that requires faith and hope.

How to take a bath for Epiphany

On this night, pour yourself three times with Epiphany water or take a bath. Fill the bathtub with cold tap water between 0 hours 10 minutes and 1 hour 30 minutes. Cross the water and yourself three times, recite the prayer and bang your right fist on your chest three times to vibrate your body in harmony with the vibrations of the water.

Then, without yelling or noise, sit in the bathtub and plunge headlong three times, hitting your chest each time.
Silently get out of the bath (if someone else from your household wants to bathe in Epiphany water, fill up the bath with new water).

Do not dry off immediately; let the water absorb into the skin. During this time, self-massage or tap vigorously all over your body from crown to heels. Then put on warm clothes, underwear, socks, everything new and must have been washed and ironed. Drink herbal tea with honey.

Is it possible to dilute baptismal water

A special property of holy water is that, added even in small amounts to ordinary water, it imparts beneficial properties to it, therefore, in case of a shortage of holy water, it can be diluted with plain water.

It is believed that holy water does not deteriorate, so there is no need to put it in the refrigerator. The Orthodox keep it in the Red Corner, next to the icons. In addition, a drop of the shrine sanctifies the sea. You can take ordinary, not consecrated water and add a drop of Epiphany water there, and it will all be sanctified.

It is categorically forbidden, taking holy water or taking it, quarreling, swearing, and not allowing pious deeds or thoughts. From this, holy water loses its sanctity, and often simply spills.

We must not forget that consecrated water is a church relic, which has been touched by the grace of God, and which requires a reverent attitude towards itself. With a reverent attitude, holy water does not deteriorate for many years. It should be stored in a separate place, preferably next to the home iconostasis.

When to collect baptismal water

You can take water in the church after the service, you can also bring your own water for consecration, but remember that it should be ordinary clean water, not mineral or carbonated.

If you decide to just draw water from the tap, then you need to do this in the time interval from 00.10. until 01.30. on the night of January 18-19. Water can be harvested later, but this is the best time.

Unfortunately, most of our people have a purely superstitious attitude towards baptismal water. They take water as medicine and then try to heal with it.

  • Firstly, it is better to collect water not thoughtlessly, but after you have taken part in the church service.
  • Secondly, you need to pour it into dishes without any marking. Better - in a special jug or flask, bought in a church shop. And certainly not in a beer bottle!

Epiphany water is believed to have healing properties. You can drink it when you are sick on an empty stomach and wash your face to be healthy.

True, you need to use holy water with prayer, asking the Almighty for spiritual and physical health. And it is not at all necessary to take it in reserve, in cans. There should not be much water, but faith.

Where to get Epiphany water

It is believed that water collected at Epiphany midnight from any source (even from the tap) has healing properties. In modern terms, Epiphany water is structured. If such water is kept away from human eyes and empty conversations - in a quiet and dark place - (believers keep it at the home iconostasis), then it retains its healing properties all year round.

Researchers believe that every year, starting from fifteen minutes on the first night of January 19, a person can draw water from the tap at any time during the day at any time for subsequent storage and use it as bioactive throughout the year.

How much Epiphany water is stored

Epiphany water, stored in glassware, can be used throughout the year or even. This is a very strong energetic water, therefore it is not recommended to drink it constantly. But to take it as medicine, if you are unwell, add to the bath (from one teaspoon to one glass per bath), rinse your mouth, wash your face, spray your face, eyes, the whole body - it is very useful.

I remind you: you don't need to dry yourself. To cleanse the dwelling, baptismal water is sprinkled in the corners of the rooms, and then a small part of the water is poured into a glass vessel, without closing the lid, and left in the room.

Do not leave your shoes outside the threshold on Epiphany night, otherwise you will get sick.

If there are problems in the house, take water at night, leave it open at the doorstep, and in the morning wipe the shoes of each family member with this water. Then pour the water into a latrine with the words:
"An evil spirit under the earth, kind on the earth."

Epiphany water - scientific facts

Studies have shown that the optical density of Epiphany water is higher than water from the same springs on ordinary days. Moreover, it is close to the optical density of water from the Jordan River. Some scientists explain the healing properties of Epiphany water by the peculiarities of the Earth's magnetic field. On this day, it deviates from the norm and all the water on the planet is magnetized. What these changes are connected with is not fully understood yet.

Professor Anton Belsky, a Russian experimental physicist, took water samples in plastic bottles from a nearby pond on the night of January 19. They stood in his laboratory for many years. The water in them remained clear, odorless and sedimentless. At one of the scientific conferences, he told about this experiment to a familiar professor from the Research Institute of Nuclear Physics at Moscow State University, who was engaged in the study of neutron fluxes from space and from the Earth.

He promised to see his experimental data in recent years. Soon A. Belsky received very interesting information by e-mail. According to him, before January 19, intense bursts of neutron flux were recorded for a number of years, exceeding background levels by a factor of 100-200. There was no strict peg to January 19: the maximums were on the 18th and 17th, but sometimes exactly on the 19th.

Unique studies of the Epiphany water taken from the Trinity-Sergius Lavra, carried out several years ago at the Moscow Institute of Information-Wave Technologies, showed that the frequency spectrum of the Epiphany water radiation is similar to the electromagnetic radiation of healthy human organs. That is, it turned out that in the Epiphany church water there is a certain information program in the form of an ordered set of healthy frequencies of the human body.

If the healing properties of Epiphany water in the church are known to everyone, then very few people know that ordinary tap water on Epiphany night can also become bioactive and then retain its special qualities not only for a whole year, but much longer.

It turns out that tap water annually on January 19 changes its structure many times within a day and a half.

The studies carried out included measurements of the biofield of water, acid-base balance, hydrogen potential, specific electrical conductivity, as well as the result of its effect on a person during internal and external use (by methods of gas-discharge visualization, biolocation, laboratory research).

For this, starting from the evening of January 18, at short intervals, samples of water flowing from the tap were taken and measurements were taken. For control, the samples were kept in storage for a long time.

Specialists of the laboratory of drinking water supply of the Institute named after Sysina also conducted serious scientific research. As the candidate of technical sciences Anatoly STEKHIN said, the main task was to fix the phase of the transition of water into an unusual state, for this they began to observe the water from January 15th. The water taken from the tap was defended and the amount of radical ions was measured in it.

In the course of the study, the number of radical ions in the water has crept up since January 17. At the same time, the water became softer, its pH value (pH level) increased, which made the liquid less acidic. The water reached its peak on January 18 in the evening. Due to the large number of radical ions, its electrical conductivity was really like that of an artificially created catholyte (water saturated with electrons). At the same time, the pH of the water jumped over the neutral (pH 7) by 1.5 points.

The degree of structuredness of the baptismal water was also studied. Researchers froze several samples - from a tap, from a church source, from the Moskva River.

So, even the water from the tap, which is usually far from ideal, when frozen, was a harmonious sight under the microscope. The curve of the electromagnetic activity of water began to decline in the morning of January 19 and by the 20th took its usual form.

Scientists believe that the reason for such a sharp increase in the electromagnetic activity of water during Epiphany was a large accumulation of radical ions in the Earth's lithosphere. On normal days, the amount of energy in the water changes depending on the time of day.

From 7 pm to 9 am the water is most active (but not to the same extent as Epiphany water). Exactly this good time in order to wash and make supplies for household needs. When the sun rises, a large number of radical ions “fly away” from the water into the upper atmosphere.

All vortex processes in the atmosphere are such channels through which energy "runs away" from us. It is not for nothing that during the activity of cyclones, many people feel worse. We just do not have enough water electromagnetic energy. But the most extreme phenomenon that literally devastates the Earth energetically is an earthquake.

As for the three Epiphany days, this, according to Stekhin, is an “anomalous” period, when an anticyclone always dominates on Earth. And electrons, obeying some kind of cosmic influence, quietly “sit” in the lithosphere and water and saturate us with healing powers. The only explanation for this may be a special redistribution of the poles of the magnetic field that exists between the Sun and the Earth. It is the cosmic forces that hold the energy on Earth in Baptism.

Doctor of Science, Professor of the Biological Faculty of Moscow State University, Vladimir VOEYKOV, believes that all kinds of magnetic and neutron storms affect water. In particular, scientists have proven that the properties of water are greatly altered by a solar eclipse.

Moreover, everywhere, regardless of the degree of darkening in one part or another the globe... As for the processes that affect the water at Baptism, they have not yet been fully studied. It is possible that during this period there is indeed a restructuring of interplanetary magnetic fields and the electrons of water are somehow “magnetized” to the Earth. But this is just a hypothesis.

The phenomenon of Epiphany water has not been fully studied, and it seems that researchers will not be able to unravel its secret soon. Epiphany water has not undergone scientific research, which medicinal products are subjected to, and there are no medical conclusions about the properties of Epiphany water yet. But there is a centuries-old experience of a huge number of people. And, probably, it is not so important what heals - water or a person's firm belief that this will help him

On the night of January 18-19, Orthodox Christians around the world celebrate one of their most revered holidays - also called Holy Epiphany.

Epiphany water, which is brought into the house on the Eve of Epiphany and on Epiphany, is considered special. It does not deteriorate for several years, retaining its structure. This water is treated and sprinkled on the dwelling. Epiphany water also helps in many other cases.

According to the priests, it is considered Epiphany from 18 to 19 January. It so happened historically that there are two liturgies, after which the water is consecrated. One in the evening, the second in the morning. Therefore, it can be recruited for two days.

When to get water?

Water collected on the night of January 18-19, from 0 hours 10 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes or a little later, from time immemorial was considered miraculous. At this time, "heaven opens" and the prayer addressed to God will be heard.

Our grandparents used it to heal, purify, drive out evil spirits and bad thoughts, sprinkle it on a person's face or in the corners of a house.

Want to check it out? It is not hard. Just try to do everything exactly according to the rules carefully preserved in the people's memory.

After the first star

On Christmas Eve, January 18, you cannot eat anything until the first stars appear in the sky. Drink only clean water, try to spend the whole day quietly and calmly, without getting irritated, without getting into conflicts, clean and tidy the house. In the evening, after the first star, you can have dinner. Prepare glassware with lids, such as 3 liter jars or bottles. Sterilize them thoroughly.

After 0 hours and 10 minutes, fill this dish with water from a well, spring, or other clean source. You can and just from the tap. It is advisable to pass it through a cleaning filter, but this is not a prerequisite. Draw at least 3 liters and close the jars with lids.

It is better to store Epiphany water in a cool dark place. And if in the future for some reason you want to pour this water, then in no case pour it into the toilet or sink.

Dilute with plain water and then pour or water the plants (by the way, it has been noticed that undiluted Epiphany water affects plants in different ways: some bloom, others, on the contrary, perish. Therefore, it is better not to risk it and act prudently).

How to use baptismal water

For those who managed to stock up on the most active Epiphany water, and it doesn't matter where you got it - from a water supply system, from an open source or brought from a church - scientists remind you to drink it regularly, preferably every day and on an empty stomach.

It perfectly raises immunity and makes a person resistant to many infections. Epiphany water is a psychotherapeutic tool to relieve increased anxiety, irritability, so after a hard, nervous day, drink half a glass of holy water - and you will feel the tension go away, peace and tranquility come. For example, if a child is regularly given such water to drink, he will catch colds less often.

It is useful not only to drink Epiphany water, but also to wash your face with it in the morning and at night.

It will also not be superfluous to water the living creatures with Epiphany water and water the plants.

Baptismal water is used for washing, irrigation and drinking.

How to take a bath?

Ablution and irrigation

Bathing is optional, the priests say. This work is blessed, but not obligatory. After all, people are different, someone can swim in icy water in winter, but someone does not, someone is not useful - the state of health is such that it is beyond their strength. The Church does not demand from a person a heroic deed beyond his strength.

In order to get the most bioactive Epiphany effect without leaving your home and bathing in the frost in an ice hole, you need to wait half past one in the night and for the next half hour wash, take a shower or a bath from Epiphany tap water, drink a little of this unusual water from the tap.

While bathing, read a prayer or simply say these words to yourself: "The water takes away all sorrows and sorrows, my heart and soul are pure."

The results of studies by the method of dowsing show that it immediately affects the body, raises the size of the human biofield tens and hundreds of times, energizes and has a healing effect.

And it doesn't matter where you swam, in the ice hole or in the bathroom, the blessed power of Epiphany water is one. And it does not depend on the temperature of the water, not on its quantity and quality, but on the person's faith.

At this time, the Energy charge of water, even ordinary water from any spring or well, is at its maximum.
Holy water (consecrated in the church) is applied to sore spots. And it is not necessary to pour it abundantly - it is enough just to anoint the sore spot with it crosswise. The essence of the procedure is not in the duration of exposure, but in the very contact with miraculous water.

In the old days, women collected Epiphany snow from stacks - it was believed that washing with melted Epiphany water bestows beauty and prolongs youth. Rinse your face and chest with it. No need to towel dry - let the water soak into the skin.

How much water to store?

Epiphany water, stored in glassware, can be used throughout the year. This is a very strong energetic water, therefore it is not recommended to drink it constantly. But to take it as medicine, if you are unwell, add to the bath (from one teaspoon to one glass per bath), rinse your mouth, wash your face, spray your face, eyes, the whole body - it is very useful.

You don't need to dry yourself. To cleanse the dwelling, baptismal water is sprinkled in the corners of the rooms, and then a small part of the water is poured into a glass vessel, without closing the lid, and left in the room.
