Halto stuffed with spinach and feta

Stuffed red fish is always tasty, so this dish does not bypass by no gourmet.

Ingredients:

  • 100 g of low-fat cream cheese;
  • 1/2 Art. chopped feta cheese;
  • 1/3 h. Chopped onions;
  • 1/2 Art. chopped spinach;
  • 4 golts fillets.
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Spray the baking sheet with a non-stick spray.
  2. In the bowl, the fork mix cream cheese and fetu until they are alive. Add bow and spinach, mixing well.
  3. Divide each piece of golts in half along, without cutting through (make a pocket). Divide the stuffing and put in the resulting pocket. Place the top of the goltz back to the filling and then on the prepared form for baking.
  4. Bake 20 minutes to complete readiness.
  5. Serve with asparagus and garlic.

Halto baked in the oven in honey-mustard sauce

This dish is pretty simple in preparation, because thanks to the baking in the foil your tasks are simplified, and the goltz meat becomes even tastier from it!

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of a goltz chopped into four parts;
  • 2 h. L. crushed garlic;
  • sea salt to taste;
  • Medovo-mustard sauce:
  • 200 g of cream cheese;
  • 1 tbsp. milk;
  • 4 tbsp. honey;
  • 3 tbsp. l. Dijon mustard;
  • 1.5 h. L. crushed garlic;
  • green onions;
  • parsley.

A fish:

  1. Preheat oven to 190 ° C. Put a piece of foil on the tray. Its size should be large to cover the fish on top completely, and then seal.
  2. Put the fish on the lined tray. Thorish garlic carefully, sprinkle with a good amount of salt (about 2 teaspoons) and pepper. Wrap the foil over the goltz to cover it and completely seal the foil.
  3. Bake until complete readiness (15-20 minutes). Open the foil, avoiding the outlet of the steam, and fry the fish fillet for another 2-3 minutes in a frying pan on medium heat. Decorate with green onions, cut the golts fillet in half to get 8 halves, and immediately serve with a creamy sauce. Serve top of a potato mashed potatoes, rice, paste or stewed vegetables.

Sauce:

  1. In a small pan, the creamy cheese is melted with the addition of milk on a weak heat until the cheese is completely melted and mix the mixture well. Take up to homogeneous mass, add honey, mustard and garlic, and take care again until honey melts in sauce.
  2. Serve it on top of the goltz.

Halto in the oven with creamy dill sauce

Another simple golz recipe in the oven, which will surprise you, thanks to the inactive taste of the creamy dill sauce. Its fragrant notes only strengthen the taste quality of fish meat.

Ingredients:

  • 4-6 Holts fillet;
  • 1/3 yogurt;
  • 3 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
  • 2 tbsp. l. sour cream;
  • 1.5 tbsp. l. olive oil;
  • 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice;
  • fresh dill;
  • 2 h. L. lemon zest;
  • 1 garlic clove;
  • freshly ground pepper;
  • sea \u200b\u200bsalt.

Cooking method

  1. Heat the oven to 220 degrees and spray a little non-stick spray on the baking sheet.
  2. Place the goltz fillet on the baking sheet and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Pour both sides with olive oil and lemon juice.
  4. Bake for 13-15 minutes, or before readiness. To check: Carefully squeeze the sides of the fillet. If it is still a little soft, prepare for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. In any dish, mix yogurt, mayonnaise and sour cream, then mix thoroughly.
  6. Then add dill, garlic, lemon zest and the remaining lemon juice. Optionally, season with salt and pepper.
  7. Remove the Goltz from the oven and let it stand for 5 minutes.
  8. Place on the plates and serve, reflecting the dill sauce and decorate the fresh dill.

Crunchy golot in breadcrumbs

Ingredients:

  • 1 h. Bread and crackers;
  • 1 tbsp. l. olive oil;
  • 1 tsp. Ground garlic;
  • 1 tsp. thyme;
  • 450 g of the golts fillet;
  • salt and pepper to taste;
  • 1/4 Art. flour;
  • 1 egg.

Cooking method

  1. Collect all the ingredients.
  2. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Cover bastard with parchment paper.
  3. Mix breadcrumbs, olive oil, garlic powder and dried thyme in a frying pan and fridge on medium heat until golden color. Purchase the resulting mass into a shallow dishes and let cool.
  4. Cut the golts fillet into small pieces. Sprinkle their salt and pepper on both sides.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 h. Brown sugar;
  • 1 tbsp. l. Chile powder;
  • salt and pepper;
  • 4 golts fillets.

Cooking method

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Cover bastard with foil.
  2. Mix brown sugar, chili powder, salt and pepper. Put the goltz on the tray. Equally distribute the sugar-spicy mixture over the top of each fillet.
