From the Czech Republic in Switzerland how to get there. Czech Switzerland is one of the National Parks of the Czech Republic. Castle Sokhina Nest.

Czech Switzerland is called the North-West region of the country in the upper river Elba, which borders Germany. On this territory there are elbian sandstone mountains. Since 2000, this area has status national Reserve. Area national Park It is about 80 square kilometers, and its continuation is located on the territory of the Saxon Switzerland.

Industful sights

Samoa high mountain Czech Switzerland is the Dechin Snezhnik, which rises 723 meters above sea level. This suggests that this mountain array low. Mountain formations arose Millennium Back, creating an amazing landscape in their beauty: bizarre rocks, crevices, canyons. The most picturesque part of the National Park is the canyon of the Kamenike River and an ancient artificial reservoir.

Special attention is attracted by such a sightseeing of the park, as the Rovenitsky Gate, which became a kind of symbol of the reserve. They represent the natural gate of the rock massif and are the greatest creation of the nature of this type on the European continent. The span of this non-manual arch is measured by more than 26 meters, and its height reaches 21 meters.

The thickness of the rock rock is impressive, which is 3 meters in a narrow place. The upper part of the arch is quite narrow, so it is closed on its platform.

Having passed under the arch of the Rupilty Gate, on paths and stairs, you can climb the viewing platforms, from where you have stunning beauty landscapes of the mountain landscape.

"Sokolina Nest" and Dolsk Mill

Nearby, almost under the righteous gate is located a small castle "Sokolinny Nest", built in the 80s of the XIX century. Today on the second floor of the building is the exposition of the Museum of the National Park. The first floor occupies a restaurant with an original interior where surprising paintings are preserved.

The tourist object of the National Park is also a Dolsk Mill. These are preserved fragments of the water mill, the date of construction of which is called 1515. In the middle of the last century, the mill served as a scenery on the set of a popular film-fairy tales "Princess Princess" directed by Bořivoje Zemana.

Over time, the structure began to decline, but recently it was mothballed by suspending destruction. In 2007, the Dolsk Mill acquired the status of a cultural monument protected by the state. In a few hundred meters from the mill, you can see a small bridge, which was built at the beginning of the last century. He represents a unique historical structure, because it is the first object built from reinforced concrete on the territory of the Austro-Hungarian Empire.

To see the 180-year-old royal spruce, you need to overcome the trail from the mill about a half-kilometer. The diameter of the green beauty barrel exceeds 3 meters, and it reaches almost 27 meters.

Rock Castle Shaunztein

On the territory of the park in a dense forest there is a chanttein castle, built in the first half of the XIV century. He was raised to protect trade routes. Over time, he lost his meaning, and after the thirty-year-old war, robbers and deserters were found here. The castle received another name: leptback. Now only ruins remained from him.

The upper platform of the structure, which has approximately 70 meters in length and 20 wide, consists of several parts connected by bridges. The ruins give an idea of \u200b\u200bthe impressive sizes and was the magnitude of the castle. During the excavation, part of the main tower of the construction was found, which could serve as a prison or warehouse.

There are several sightseeing sites in the reserve, one of them is an old stone observation tower, which has been erected at the top of the Dechin Snezhnik. Hence, how much embraces eyes, the wonderful types of Czech Switzerland are opened.

Another place in the form of a huge terrace, as if they were hanging over the canyon, where Elba flows. It is called Belvedere, and was built by the family of Caery Aldringenov, who owned most of the territory of the Czech Switzerland. Until today, their coat of arms survived right on the rock has been preserved.

Visit to the Czech Switzerland National Park gives an unforgettable moments of communication with the unique nature and monuments that make up historical and cultural value of this land.

Czech Switzerland (České Švýcarsko)- Beautiful corner of nature in the north-west of the Czech Republic. The area is adjacent to the German Saxon Switzerland and is famous for the unusual shape of limestone cliffs, gorges and dense forests, stretching in the ELAB River Basin (Laba). In 2000, the territory of 79 km2 was officially becoming a national park and fell under the protection of the state. There are several small settlements on the territory of this fleet - starting points from where you can walk on tourist routes, getting acquainted with the beautiful nature of this reserve. And Grier is the best of them.

Grrensko (Hřensko)- This is a very dear and hospitable border town, located at the border with Germany on the banks of the river Elbe. This picturesque village with wooden-brick houses is considered a gateway to the National Reserve Switzerland and, at the same time, the place in which the River Elba says goodbye to the Czech Republic.
As we traveled:
1. From the railway station Prague (Praha) by train to Dechin (Děčín) - the price of a ticket 159 CZK;
2. By bus from the debt to Grrensko (Hřensko) - the price of a ticket 27 CZK.
All information on transport in the Czech Republic can be found.

We buy tickets to the side Dechin, sit down on the train and go to Decin. By the way - tickets are not tied to any train in time, the ticket purchased for two days and what more people - the cheaper the tickets, on four we have 501 CZK. Another discount goes when buying tickets immediately in both directions.
In Decine sit down on 434 buswhich will take us to Grenzko. There is a stop right on the station, but we will surely come to the bus station. The bus rides not often - every 2 hours (on weekends every hour), so the time to walk and there was a little snack.
We buy tickets directly on the bus and go to Grozko.
And here is the "hrensko" pointer (you should not read "Krensko", but "Genzko" or, at worst, "Khrzhensko").
Along the way leisurely carries its waters Czech Laba. With the German side, she calls us usually - Elbe.
From Genzko, there is a ferry to the other coast of Elbe (Laba), where Germany is already located. And from the desig, a steamer goes to Grierzko. Also, many come here on cars. Previously, the border was closed. But after the accession of the Czech Republic in the European Union everything has changed. Now this is a border crossing.
A beautiful view of the most beautiful wooded rocks of amazing forms and sizes opens already when approaching the Czech border.
These rocks are a real miracle of nature.
The whole small town of Grenzko stretched on both sides of the river Kamenitsathat takes its beginning in the mountains, and here flows into the Elbe.
At the edges of the gorge, as if the entrance towers, the information center and the Labe Hotel are facing.
Especially impressive looks like "Lab" - it seems that the rock is based on him.
The history of the region in which the village of Genzko is located in the XV century. Near the mouth of the river Kamenites was the wood storage, also worked the mill. Already in the XVIII century there were four sawmills here, there were also several places for mating rafts, the tree was melted into remote places. A feature was powerful centenary trunks supplied on sea shipyard for mast large sailboats. The next important branch was the production and processing of sandstone, which was taken even to Dresden. People also earned themselves to the life of smuggling (subsidian trail). Salt, tobacco, cloth and other goods have been transported here. In the XIX century, tourism, supported by Edmund Clari-Aldringen, begins to develop in Grenzko. In the 30s of the XIX century, a trail from Grenzko to the Rovertovik gate was improved, hotels, guest houses and stable yards arose.
And this is the main city square, the same miniature, as well as the whole city. On it, built in 1786-87, the Baroque Church of St. Yana Nepomotsky, in front of which his sculpture was created in 1756.
In the city, in favor of the Germans, the ranks of Vietnamese merchants with cheap (in comparison with Germany) prices stretched.
An unusual phenomenon in the town is the lively trading of dwarves and statues for gardens. This unusual subject of trading creates a very pretty and funny picture, a feeling of some kind of magic. Many of the most diverse gnomes and other fabulous characters are waiting for their new owners.
Because of his position on the site of the merger of the Labe Rivers and Kamenice Grenzko, with its 150 m above sea level, is the lowest place in the Czech Republic. Despite the very low height above sea level, the surrounding nature creates a very interesting effect, thanks to which you will feel like in the mountains.

A small advice to tourists: Life in Grenzko ends at 20.00 at the time of time. So have time to eat and drink beer you need to have time until that time. And shops and trading rows are closed even earlier.

A series of houses along Kamenitsa completes the Prague Hotel (Praha) - one of the best in the city. And the whole griege from "Labe" to "Praha" can be passed in 15 minutes.

Genzko is the starting place for excursions on PRIVITSKIY GATOR. - The largest natural rock bridge on our continent and to the gorges of the river Kamenicawhere you can ride boats and listen to the stories of the transfer.
And it is about these tourist routes I will tell in the following parts of our journey through Czech Switzerland:

On the border with Germany, and I want to write, in the dense forests is located national Park Czech Switzerland. Looks like Europe all places where beautiful nature Wears the name of Switzerland only adjectives change. So in the north of the Czech Republic did not move away from traditions. National Park "České Švýcarsko" (it looks like it looks in Czech) is famous for its extraordinary beauty of high steep rocks, murmuring streams. Against the background of such beauty, one natural monument stands out, which is a business card of this area. We are talking about righteous gates. It is a rock-drying, as we would have called it, the biggest natural gates from the rocky massif on our continent. For them, hundreds of thousands of tourists are sent here.

Of course, when such a number of people are going to in one place, the sin does not organize hiking and attractions with which you can make money.
Boat skating with feeders, managing the suductions with the help of poles, on the gorge is another entertainment that attracts tourists.
According to these routes, it is better to start it from the village of Mesni Lowka. On the highway designated in blue (labels on blue trees) Go down to the Canyon Divoká Soutěska. Tags start immediately for the Hotel Mezní Louka. This option is convenient because most of the road will go under the mountain. We went to a heavier route.
He began for us in the village of Grensko (Hrensko). Not having time to put the car on the subsidence to the settlement of the mouth opened arbitrarily from the seen beauty. High sheer cliffs were hung right above the road. At their foot, where only you could have settled houses with restaurants. Under one of these rocks was parking, where the car was left.
Before starting the route, we look at around and enjoy the moment. Further, we are waiting for a walk along the Kamenice River. To correctly navigate to remember the movie Village Hand. The action will occur at the toilet. On the map indicated by the letters M and JO. Everything is very similar here. Near the huge cliff is a low building with the same letters. If you go to the left of the rock, then you are waiting for a meeting with a righteous gate, and if the right along the river, then you can swim on a boat with an uncle, who has a big pole.
Since the units are swimming only to six, but we arrived after dinner, they decided to start with them.
The first part of the gorge is pedestrian. Twenty minutes along the path then a little higher than the river, then going down straight to it. Rocks are so close that the hands are still drawn to them. Somewhere for convenience, pedestrian tunnels are made. Children from such a neighborhood one joy. Together with adults they play echo, shouting loudly inside. So with jokes and additives did not notice how two kilometers were smoked. As soon as the dam will appear ahead, you can already relax and slowly walk to the boat. This part of the pokatushek is called Edmundovo Gorge (Edmundova Soutěsska). Approximately 15-20 minutes will last a ride session. At this short range, a lot of interesting chips made for tourists are placed. It is a pity that a runaway Czech is not entirely, or rather, quite incomprehensible to the Russian ear. According to the stories of linguists, the boatman leads his unhurried story about the route and the history of this place. In the most unexpected places, the Head of the Dragon is getting out, a peasant-boric peasant, a rock in the form of a revealed mouth, and a lot more. For the convenience of the place where it is necessary to look at the oscillation rocks painted with yellow paint. And the crown of this story is unexpectedly "in itself" the turning waterfall (for this, the wire is stretched).
Halyava ended quickly and need to work again. First in Light mode along the river to the bridge. On the way, immediately behind the veil from the boat, to meet a small cafe, where you can have a snack. True, I do not advise this, as the hardest site is waiting ahead. He begins immediately after after the bridge.
Before continuing to do small retreat. The heavy plot after the bridge begins for those who want to cut the route. If you go to the maximum to the end, then after the bridge it is necessary to move on along the river until the next landing in the boat. The boat walk will take place on the wild gorge (Divoká Soutěska). Then it will be necessary to rise from the gorge to the mountain and reach the village of Mesni Lowka. Then, along a yellow tourist road with the name of the path Gabriel, you need to climb along the rocks along the rocks to see the rocky arrays: a big righteous cone, gomole sugar, Krzydidni Wall. Ultimately, this trail will lead us to a righteous gate.
With us, unfortunately, there was no so much time and from the bridge we began the sophisticated plot of our path. From the bottom of the gorge, we were waiting for a steep rise in the mountain. For non-physical training, a scene is made in the form of serpentine. We walked alive. Twenty-minute lifting ends at the hotel restaurant. Here you can breathe a little bit and drink a cup (beer). This small settlement is called mesna.
Next, it is necessary to strictly in a straight line to get on the road leading down to the track 25861. This part of the route is indicated yellow. The road will first go on the field and you can see the rocky ridge, which is a longer route. If you hit her correctly, you will go straight to the bus stop, which starts another lift to the righteous gate.
The lifting itself is initially not very interesting until you reach the site along the rocks. Tumming upwards at a height of 30-40 meters of giggle hang over you. You are so small, compared to them, moving further. When they end, you think so and everyone came. However, no, it's only half, because bypassing the stone starts to move in the opposite direction. Lives for a long time, but ten minutes later the last jerk, and here is a huge rock with a hole inside. This is not just a gate, it is a whole liquefaction through the gorge, but there is no one to twist the bridge over the Bosphorus Strait will be. Of course, given the fact that this nature did herself.
Near the goal is the castle of a falcony nest, built in 1881 in the Alpine style. Previously, the local owners placed their guests here. Now on the first floor restaurant, and on the second museum of the National Park. To get to the goal you need to get around the castle and paying the money. We did not have time. The wicket slammed in front of our nose. It remains only to admire the gate and take some pictures.
The expense no longer pleased. By this time, fatigue was affected by the route and morning distance. In the cozy restaurant at the water mill in the village of Genzko and the route ended.

There are in the north-west of the Czech Republic in the Estrodsky district, on the most border with Germany, an amazing nature of the protected place, which is not otherwise called the Czech-Saxon Switzerland. This corner is almost untouched wildlife, Magic Reserve Park, embracing the territory of two countries - Czech Republic and Germany at the same time.

What is so attractive these places for those who are tired of civilization?

Czech Switzerland - Short Description

It all started a long millennium ago - it was then from the breeds of volcanic origin on the lands of the current national park were formed amazing canyons, crevices, gorges, unusual in their form and the structure of the rock from sandstone, as if ended with the human soul ...

Tens of centuries passed, and by 2000, the National Park of 80 sqm appeared on the map of the country of Beer and Knedlikov. - Czech paradise or Czech Switzerland. But long before that a small village of urban type - Genzhsk - became a real tourist center, a pier for all who wanted to relax away from noisy cities. The tourist infrastructure is well developed here and, despite its modest sizes, in this town, always filled with tourists, there is always where to stay for a night or just inexpensive and deliciously snack.

Most often admire the reserve paradise, guests come from the capital, and the journey can take only one day. But believe me unusual beauty And scale species opening from the castle's observation deck are worth their efforts!

Castle "Sokolina Nest"

A closely next to the right goal straight in the rock in 1882 a castle was built with the romantic name "Falcon Nest", more resembling a large hunting house. It is surprisingly well preserved to this day, and today in the walls of an old castle - the generic estate of Caria - Aldringen can enjoy dinner in a superb decorated restaurant overlooking the entire Czech Switzerland. Also in the "Sokolin nest" it is worth visiting the museum dedicated to this edge.

Mill "Dolsky Mlyn"

This once, very popular mill today turned into ruins, but today the inhabitants of these edges remember how many years ago they filmed a fairy tale "Invital Princess". It is difficult to believe that the construction of a very lively place and the center of the intersection of roads was lost in the green forests once a few centuries.

Village "Khrzhipsk"

The colorful authentic village was loved by the guests of this edge by the fact that it was in it that the ancient glass workshop had once functioned, whose glass sounds were made in the XV century "Bohemian glass". It seems incredible, but the workshop and today it opens up its doors for tourists today: here you can read the accounting books of past centuries with a smart look, to see the most famous glass in the Czech Republic, and at the same time you buy yourself glasses, vases or figurines from Crystal or Bohemian Glass.

Falkenstein castle

Those tourists who are not climbing rise higher to the mountains will be amazed by an unforgettable spectacle - the unusual castle of Falkenstein, located straight among the rocks. Types from here, especially if climbing more - fabulous!

Panca Scale

This geological phenomenon is a huge 12-meter cliff, which is masterfully assembled by nature from polygonal basalt plates. A similar giant is available in Northern Ireland, but Czech stone relative is quite accessible to tourists and is located 500 meters south of the route №13, the landmark is Pryxhen, located 18 km from Dechin.

Gorge Kamenica

To visit this picturesque gorge, you need to go through a pedestrian path marked on a green map, from the village of Mesna to Kamenike River Canyon. In these wondrous edges, you will pass along a wooden bridge over a gorge of 30 meters long, and then you can go down to the marins, from where excursions are held on the gondolas on wild and quiet gorges. If tourists go to the path marked on a blue map, they will come to the authentic village of Mezni-Luke.

Wild and quiet gorge

Let us focus on these gorges in more detail. Once on the sheer Canyon River Kamenitsa, travelers get to the places where the river is overporn by dams. Between these dams, you can fuse on the flat-bottomed boat led by a local gondolier. At first, the guests of the reserve swim on the wild gorge ("Sootesca") 250 meters long, romantic and calm. But then they are waiting for a quiet gorge ("quiet sowesca") with a length of almost 500 meters and "decorated" picturesque waterfall, whose water is knocked out straight from the rock.

Such Kamenitsa

Early spring and in the autumn months, the canyon of a small stream, flowing into Laba (Hand of ELBA) filled with water and on the place of the huge boulders, fun murmur between the cliffs of dozens of miniature waterfalls. In the summer of water dry, and Such Kamenitsa is filled with mystery and cozy silence.
